Creativity is Ghazi's forte

If you read carefully trough the article, you'll found fascinating journey of this wonderful man with his unquenchable thirst for knowledge.As a former senate, he was well known as 'The Man in ICT'. But you'll get to know that he had involved in many fields; business, education, and currently, art.What i found about him is, he is full with passion and determination in whatever he wanted to do. He push himself to the maximum level and try to make himself an expert in every fields he had gone trough .He always wanted to be different. Currently, he was inspired to involve in art field, educate and instill himself with creativity and innovation. He continue his study in Art Education and right now on his way to widen his wings to educate people, giving training, trading Art Instrument and in the meantime continuing his business as CEO of Berita Publishing, Berjaya Group and Indah Water. In one of his statement that had inspired me the most is when he said in no matter what you involved in ,there's a promise for you to earn profits, as long as you're creative and realize about the importance of customer service and customer relationship management.Creativity and innovation is a magical tools. That's how he achieved though in art field as well. This idol make me realize one thing, no matter how far we go, no matter what field we choose in life, never forget you roots, your birthplace. Dato' Sheikh Ghazi realize himself where he was too busy in past till he forgot about his roots. It's the time for him to pay back to his birthplace, which had inspired him for years.Currently, he had built ' Pusat Ilmu Ishaqiah'-a knowledge center named after his great grandfather. He brought ICT to the rural areas education. He spread the knowledge about Gambus and many other instruments which he got from his late father. He's know a teacher and a successful businessman. He is a perfect idol to tell everyone to follow their intuition and desire in anything, and the key for success is passion to earn knowledge.

Until, that is, Zainal Abidin’s outburst (and subsequent withdrawal from the competition) just before a media event to announce the contestants recently.

In our industry, some young artistes — particularly those created by reality shows — who win awards actually think they are the best thing to happen to the industry. I didn’t think the music industry could sink any lower. Guess I was wrong.

From the graph of " Motor Vehicle Deaths By gender ",what i can see is that there were more deaths involving males rather than females from 1975 -2005.From 1975-1980,the number of deaths by male is increasing while the number of deaths involving females remains constantly arose.The graph also obviously shown that the number of deaths among females remain constant from the year 1975-2005.

In my opinion ,motor vehicle deaths among males are more likely to occur because more males are using motor vehicles to work.Especially for married males where the wives stayed at home.As what we may see in our community,the bachelor males prefer to use motorcycle to work before getting married to safe life cost.It was prevalent that accidents and deaths involving motorcyclist are at the highest ranking among other vehicles.Contrast to the females where they prefer to ride on public transportation or their own cars which these transportation are more promising for safety.I think the number of motor vehicle deaths will never decrease among males because despite the accidents and deaths of using unsafe vehicles like motorcycle,they will still chose to ride on it ,firstly because it is low budget and secondly,it have become a culture for males,bachelor males in particular.

What I can see from the table " Motor vehicle crash deaths by type and gender " is the highest number of deaths were held by males,type:passenger vehicle-driver deaths the lowest number of deaths were held by females,type:bicyclist deaths.For all motor vehicle crash deaths,males held higher number of deaths than females.

In my opinion,the biggest number of deaths go to type of passenger vehicle :driver deaths because some drivers like to use the phone while driving.They'll lose their focus and this condition may lead to accidents.Why male?As we know,many of working drivers,businessman in particular,they took for granted of their own life for the sake of businesses and money matters,even during their journey on the road.Bicyclist held the smallest number of deaths because usually people will use bicycle as their main transport in rural areas.In Urban areas ,people use bicycle just for fun .as usual,females will held the lowest number because mostly males are going to work ,and maybe females in rural areas prefer to be pedestrians.While in urban areas,rarely to see people using bicycle on the road.As a whole,male held the biggest number of deaths in every type of motor vehicle crash because females drivers are more focus ,patient ,and aware of their safety on the road.

What I can see from the table"number and percent of motor vehicle crash deaths by type and gender, 2005 is that all motor vehicle deaths shows a gap of number between male and female except passenger vehicle,passenger deaths which shows a gap of only 452 victims in between.The most accurate inference to be made is gender of passengers are not in certain.It could be members of family mixing together males and females,friends or etc.therefore the number of deaths due to this type is almost similar to each other.

From the graph"Passenger vehicle occupant deaths per 100 000 people by gender,1975-2005",it was obvious that the deaths of males occupant were decreasing drastically contrast to the deaths of females occupant but still,looking back to the number of deaths ,the male group of gender is still leading.Though the decreasing among females is only 9 percent but still,it remains constant and stable from 1975-2005.for instance on 2005,deaths of males occupants are more than 15% but the females are less than 10%.It shows that the accidents and deaths are still the biggest risk for males as it had never change to be constant or lower than females.most probably occupants are mostly males.

The table"fatal passenger vehicle crash involvement per 100 million miles,2001-2002",males drive more miles than females no matter what age they are.It was shown on the table for instance people of age 70 and above that males drive more miles which is 76 billion+ but the females are 39 billion+.The conclusion that I can make here is that males like to drive much faster and dangerously compare to females where they are much more aware on the road safety.the crash involvements are the highest on the age of 30-59 most probably because at this age people are more sophisticated and busy working or travelling on the road.They might be in rush for some important meetings or appointments.

From the table "Age differences", the facts that we can see clearly is ,vehicle occupants from age 16-24, regardless mare or female are the most huge group whom involved in death.I infer this fact will possibly increase in future and the probability is realy high because in this rank of age, death cases arose most probably because of vehicle occupants who drove without driving license, ignoring the speed limit on the road, ignoring road safety and etc.What may be conclude here is that the authorized body of road safety should strengthen the policy of getting driving license and upgrade the system to capture the occupants who drive over the speed limit on the road.The other initial that we can see here is that the male occupants age >85 were also among the huge group who involved in accidents .I infer this fact arose,especially among the males, most probably because they are not focus anymore in this age.Their ability to be focus is no longer acurate and wont give them an eduquate condition to drive.Secondly, it involves most of males in this age most probably because the wives or females are already dead.
